FEES, POLICIES & INSURANCE INFORMATION

My current fee for individual therapy is $300 for a 45 minute session.  Fee ranges according to frequency of sessions, time requirements and other factors.   For couples therapy, my fee is $350 for a 60 minute session, also depending on frequency and time flexibility.  Payment can be made by check, Venmo, or Zelle.

I am accepted by all health insurance carriers as an Out-of-Network provider.  Please consult your benefits to see if you are covered.  Payment may be made monthly or weekly and I will provide monthly statements for you to submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement.  I do not accept assignment nor do I participate in any In-Network panels.

Cancellations: A notice of 24 hours is expected in order to avoid charges. 

Initial consultations are only charged if we decide to continue to work together.   If a referral is needed, either for medication or to another therapist, I have many resources and will be happy to provide you with appropriate names.
